The Parent University is a 10-week program for parents and their children (birth to 3 years old) that brings in community partners to provide families information on early brain development, health and nutrition, safety and discipline, stress management, attachment, parenting, and the importance of talking to their babies. Participants will review the various dimensions of Parent University and learn various coaching strategies for parents in playing with children from birth through age 3 in a way that facilitates secure attachment.
